We may update these terms at any time; changes are reflected on this page. Continued use after changes is acceptance of the updated terms.

Orders are confirmed after successful payment, or after confirmation of a cash-on-delivery order by our team. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled after 24 hours.

Prices and stock may change seasonally. We reserve the right to notify you in advance if stock is unavailable.

We ship Monday–Saturday excluding public holidays. Orders before 10:00 ship same-day; later orders ship the next business day.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters or traffic disruptions.

If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us with photos within 24 hours. We will replace or refund per our policy.

Natural deterioration of fresh fruit after 24 hours is not eligible for return due to the nature of fresh produce.

We collect only the personal data necessary for ordering and delivery, and we do not share it with third parties without your consent.
